HAR offers discount advantages where only one of the packages below is applicable (except for civil servants).

20% Discount for Rwandan Civil Servants (Package 1)

This package is offered as part of our social responsibility, and it is for the persons in the public sector employed for a government department or agency including but not limited to RDB, RRA, EUCL, WASAC, RSSB etc.

  • Up to 20% Discount When Paid Full Year Fees at Once (Package 2)

    Register now and pay the fees (including registration, other fees, tuition and caution fees and Cambridge Exam fees) in full and get a 20% discount on your child’s tuition fees from March 15 to April 15, 15% from April 16 to May 15, 10% from May 16 onwards till June 15.

    10% Discount on Tuition Fees for Early Registration (Package 3)

    Register now till June 30 and get a 10% discount on your child’s tuition fees after paying other fees (and caution fee and registration fee for new students). (payable in four equal installments).

    “Gender” Promotion: (Package 5)

    In making good on our word to help support and motivate the social progress of women and in honor of the First Lady of Rwanda and her efforts for girls’ education, we will offer all female students a 5% discount on any tuition fees. As the Rwandan government aims to uplift its citizens, so too do we hope to be a part of that future.

    • The fees shown above are for ONE YEAR and must be paid in Rwandan Francs as per the rate of the date. All payments done are nonrefundable (except the caution fee). (Bank: I&M Bank, Account name: RECA Ltd, Account number : 010-5042972-01-61 RWF)
    • Tuition Fee is only for the tuition and access to all school facilities through the academic year
    • Other fees include meals; textbooks and workbooks; 2 sets of school uniform, a set of PE uniform, a school jacket; photocopy like expenses (with an exception of books and uniforms in daycare and nursery)
    • Transportation is subject to an additional fee in case demanded by parents
    • Payments are payable in four equal installments as specified below
    • Other fees must be paid prior to the registration to guarantee seats for the following academic year
    • First Installment: before August 01 to 15, 2016
    • Second Installment: paid before October 03, 2016
    • Third Installment: paid before December 02, 2016
    • Fourth Installment: paid before February 17, 2017

    Those who register from the beginning of July or later must pay registration fee, other fees, caution fee and first installment altogether upon admission.

    For some certain grades there will be (external) Cambridge examinations given (in May) as listed below. Cambridge updates the fees every year, so they may vary from year to year. These fees must be paid by the parents prior to admission/registration. The proof of payment must be presented to the school accountant, then the child will be registered for the exam and be eligible to sit the exams. (The rate of the date will be charged as RWF.)

    HOPE ACADEMY RWANDA NOW INTRODUCES BOARDING!!!

    For Secondary School Boys and Girls

    The services include:

    Three meals a day, laundry and ironing, cleaning, self-contained bathroom with hot water in small size rooms, access to all facilities including but not limited to swimming pool, soccer field, basketball and volleyball courts, skate park.

    One full time dorm manager as well as two full time Residence Assistants (RAs) will stay with kids 7/24. Cleaner, technician, security guards will be also ready to serve the dorm residents in a secure and home-like warm atmosphere.

    Well planned days, after-school care and full of a variety of activities: Study hours, remedial tutoring, homework sessions and so on. Also other extracurricular activities e.g. tea parties, sports activities, competitions, TV hours etc. at different times.
